I've got a 2010 expo el limited with a mirror that has developed a problem with the driver's side mirror. When it is folded in it will fold all the way out instead of halfway. I have tried syncing them to no avail. I found a motor kit listed on Ford Parts and would like to ask anyone that has installed one what it consists of. What I'm thinking is happening is the gear that sends it out is possibly slipping on the shaft as it operates
