Power Seat Motor Question

Is it possible to replace the gear head on the motors? The tilt motors don't work on either front seat. The motor runs but it sounds like the gears on the head are stripped. If so does anyone know a source for the gear head?

Salvage yard unless you can find someone who can model those parts and have them 3d printed. Pretty sure they don't sell those parts separately.
