power seats and locks

well the drivers seat just makes a sound but won't move is it the motor or what
also the drivers auto locks won't work i can lock all the doors but can't open the passengers side works fine also the doors won't open with the remote but it will lock.

the car won't start with the key sometimes but will with the remote then the key will work what is going on help me i have so many problems with it right now

Had similar problem with previous Expy..as far as with the remote unlock, could be that it wasn't programed correctly. 2) With the Unlock not working on the driver side, it's def a short in the wiring!
