I just replaced my rack & pinion and need high pressure and return line o rings. Ford dealership told me they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. Ford part numbers are
7L1Z3F886B ( return line 7.6mm ),
7L1Z3F886B ( 11mm ) & 7L1Z3B602A (11.5mm ) pressure line.
Any recommendations for replacement "o" rings

You listed two identical part numbers with two different sizes?

The two part different part numbers you listed are listed on EBay.

The ones listed on EBAY are ridiculous prices

But if you need it to repair your vehicle……………..

Did you ask your Ford part’s department to use Ford’s part-locator, which can determine if any dealers around the country have the discontinued item in stock?

Find a hydraulic repair company, or a company that repairs construction equipment, take the O rings into them and ask for a match.
Also, I’ve been lucky with buying O-rings from plumbing departments like Lowe’s and/ or Home Depot. They have variety packs that more than likely will have your size. Remember, the size you want will actually be slightly smaller in diameter/ circumference. They stretch during use; hot and cold contractions, fluid absorption, etc.

All else fails the above quote is a great suggestion!!!

That is good thought. But hydraulic lines are made for use in oil which calls for a different rubber that won't get eaten up by petroleum products or anti freeze.
