Problems at the gas pump..

Bumping this back up as I'm tired of fighting this issue on my wife's expedition. Has anyone tried anything other than ExpeditionAndy's solution? I'm wondering a larger vent valve or re-routing the darn thing might help.

Soooo.... Guess I also now am experiencing this and I guess it is very common and there is no fix... Luckily mine only shut the pump off once today going from empty to full tank [emoji120]

What I do, I disconnect the vapor line at the purge valve under the hood when I refuel, makes it refuel normally. I think the only solution is a new vapor canister but not ready to drop the dough on one yet...
