Well finally completed UCA, LCA, and sway bar links. The lower ball joints would not come out the LCA so opted for plan B so dug in deeper.
The PSA comes with MOOG parts. I usually use MOOG and the quality i think dropped but the bigger problem is that they are not recognizing 2004 may have 2003 UCA!! Thank goodness for Dorman and some others that did. I ended up with Mevotech uppers and sway bar links. So what your part numbers and production dates. Also the grease fitting were not pointed the right direction on the lowers and sway bar and put 90 degrees on them.
Also during assembly line up the witness marks or make marks on the LCA so you get the alignment right. An alignment machine will not be able to pull the wheel (or at least that is what the ford dealer told me). So they told me i had to get the cam bolt kit install by them... $900. I asked to take the truck into a bay and move the LCA over to the marks and it aligned!! Alignment plus 1 hour tech time. I had to tell them on a cheaper option. I did not do this because i wanted to set the bushings at ride height. It is back together and aligned.
Just a PSA to everyone with early production 2004. And welcome any input to the experience at dealer
