Pulsating vibration

When coming to a stop or rolling in idle I have a pulsating vibration in my brake and gas pedal. Example, in a parking lot driving slow i can feel the vibration in my gas or brake pedal. Its not a fast pulse but fairly slow. I guess it feels like a heart beat type. Another time it happens is when I drive a long period and when i come to a stop I can feel the vib in my brake pedal. It seem worst when I drove it a long time(50+miles). It happens mostly at low speeds(below 25mph). Thanks.

when was the last time your pads/rotors were serviced?
did you do some off-roading and have mud/sand/etc. perhaps "caked" in your rims?

Do you hear a hum at high speeds? Can you hear anything that matches up with the pulse? Is it 4x4?

It is 4x4. I do hear a rubbing sound only at low speeds. At high speed i dont feel or hear anything.

I did my pads about 5000mi ago. Rotor has not been changed yet.

Forgot to mention. I have my expy off the ground to try an see if i can spin the wheel by hand or truck running. I hear nothing. Wheel doesnt shake or make any knocking sound.

Are the rotors warped? The pulsing in both pedals could be separate issues.
