I have a 2000 w/167,000 with load leveling, bought a set of shocks(had a worn bushing causing rattle).
-replacing the rear was cake.

The front has an air connection, which Chilton says is a quick release, and they also advise to depressurize the system, prior to removing.
Is disableing the suspension sufficient? Or is there a procedure for bleeding off any residual pressure, and what is the procedure?

What about the quick release connection, do I need a special tool, or just push on the collar?
Thanks
