When I bought my 04 EB, it came with a folder full of maintenance records. Went through them all and put em in a spreadsheet for ease of access, and thought I'd post it here to see if there are any obvious things that I'm missing. Currently is at about 153,500 or so.

Couldn't think of much that's missing, I want to change the diff fluid again, but the front diff does not have a drain plug, so I'll just be able to do the rear. Thanks to some reassurance by @Hamfisted I think the timing chain is all good, I was worried that no maintenance had been done to the timing system but I guess the 5.4l 2v's are pretty bulletproof. Other than an oil change, what should I do next?

Do not see any periodic smoke testing of vacuum system. Spot check underneath for rub points/marks on any hoses and pipes.
That is a very smart way to keep up with maintenance on your vehicle. I need to transfer my info in my book to a spreadsheet. Don't forget to back it up to a thumb drive, etc.

@ManUpOrShutUp the cabin air filter in this model cannot be changed unfortunately. It is in a plastic housing in the footwell of the passenger seat, and is not accessible.

The air intake filter was swapped out with a K&N around 40k miles I think and has been cleaned and re-oiled periodically, though it is probably due for another cleaning!

MAF/throttle body would probably be a good idea! Never done it though, but I imagine its not too difficult, any good how-to threads on this forum? My daily driver is turbocharged so haven't worked on NA engines too much, besides my buddy's trucks.

@riphip Just recently learned about smoke testing from a post on these forums! Definitely a good idea, I will add that to the list, thanks!

Oh for sure, I back up my data across three drives on my local machine and have weekly backups offsite.
