Quadruple trouble codes

Truck started rough and threw 4 codes...

P0012
P0018
P0022
P0316

Thoughts anyone? Crossing fingers, toes and eyes it is just an ignition coil that failed.

How many miles on it ? Sounds like the typical phaser/timing chain failure issue.

150K... Weird thing is that vehicle seems to be OK for the moment. Cleared the codes this morning just to see if they throw again and got nothing. On the 2 days the truck ran rough, they were quite cold days. Maybe oil not getting tossed around enough yet had something to do with it? I don't know...
