Questions about my expedition

I've got an 03 expedition xlt 4WD, I was wondering if someone can tell me what the switch inside my glove box goes to, it's a small on/off switch, I've heard rumors about it possibly being for trac lock, but I'm also wondering if it could be an airbag bypass switch. If anyone knows anything about that please let me know. Thanks

I've got an 03XLT … no switch. Is yours another aftermarket custom switch install? Picture?
