Radio upgrade

Hello everyone,
I am new in this forum, cause I’ve just bought a 2003 Expedition EB.
Well, I would like to replace the old, scratched cassette deck with a 2005 AUDIOPHILE AM/FM STEREO IN DASH SIX CD RADIO that a friend gave me. I tried to install it but I realized that connectors are different. Is possible to find a conversion harness or another simple solution to install it?

Check with Crutchfield, if anyone's gonna have one, or know how to modify, they would be the guys to call.
