I have the Rancho Quicklift struts on my 2011 Expedition. It has the notorious look of the back squatting. Has anyone had success with adding a leveling puck from another lift to the Rancho struts to get the look a little less squatty?

Its not supposed to do that... rancho owner, NOT speculating

Do you have spacers up front on top of em (youre not supposed to)??

If not, call em up and use that lifetime warranty for a new set of rears

Ranchos, newish, how they're supposed to sit:

Yeah, but if you look at fender gap it does look like the rear end is lower.....

That's cuz it's an integrated levelling kit, it raises the front

That would be a FEATURE, as advertised

Maybe I’m over analyzing the front lift. Here is a photo of how it sits. (Looking at tire/wheel options today.)

That looks pretty good to me. It doesnt help that you took a crooked picture of the truck on what is probably an uneven surface, a driveway, to demonstrate if it is level...

Either way, it looks good and our trucks have a bit taller fenders in front, they make the front look a tiny bit higher when the vehicle is dead level.

P.S. Your neighbor's excursion looks freaking awesome.

No that front looks lifted or those rears blown (this would be under lifetime warranty so...)

Measure and post heights to ground at top of wheel arches and tire size and we'll even tell you definitively

The rear fender opening sits a lot lower than the front. You can't use them to judge if the truck is level. On level ground, measure up to the rocker panels to see. Yours looks like its sitting fine though.

Measuring from the rockers the back is .5” higher.

Looks like I’m all good.

Thanks for all the feedback.

I got the following setup at Discount Tire. They had the best deal after I shopped around.

General Grabber ATX 275 / 70 R18
GFX TR12 matte black wheels (18x9)

This basically took me up 1" in tire size and so far my speedo is only off by 1 to 2 MPH at highway speeds.

Fuel Trophy wheels 18 x 9
BFG All Terrain KO2’s 305/65 R18
No rubbing. Drives fantastic. Speedo is like 1mph off.
Now just looking for a good aftermarket nerf bar or running board.
Anyone have any advice?

So some of you guys say your lift made your truck ride rougher. Some of you say it didn’t? I don’t think wife will go for a lift if it affects ride quality...

Looking at Rancho struts, but also want to add my spacers im using now considering Rancho states lift is only 3/4" - 1"? Anyone use both?

Rancho fronts are more like 2" inRL

One thing to know, for some reason Ranchos dont get on too well with LT tires if you wanna go that route
