should be able to measure it this week as my new lugs are coming in so i can cut the rear half shafts down to fit the center caps.

Putting spacers on a 5100 or any leveling strut for that matter is a bad idea.
The bodies and shafts of the leveling struts are longer than factory. Add a spacer you are only asking for damage on hard impact.

Just trying to understand better. If running the 5100 at stock height, the distance from the snap ring to the lower mount is the same as stock. I measured this while swapping my shocks.

Thus, if the body is longer it has to be toward the rod. Wouldn’t it better support rod.

I think it does have a longer stroke. Is that the concern?

If interested, the OP should probably ask both readylift and Bilstein for their opinion on compatibility.
