Rear a/c controller

My kids popped the middle chair down when my son was sitting in it and he accidentally kicked in the rear a/c controller in…so it’s popped in and no sticking out the way it’s supposed to be. How to do I fix this?

The controls are kicked in...into the interior of the center console? You'll likely need to disassemble the console to put it back in place and not damage anything by trying to just wedge it back into place. It's not difficult just slightly annoying. I have pics showing the process somewhere, if I can track them down I'll post them up. It only requires basic tools, an extra set of hands to hold/align things as you reassemble is helpful.
