I have a 2003 expedition, 5.4 2wd. The rear air actuator has been clicking for a couple weeks. Havent gotten around to fixing it yet. It would still blow cool air though. Well, yesterday the rear air stopped blowing completely. Doesnt matter if set on hot or cold. It SOUNDS like its blowing but nothing is coming out the vents. Is this all caused by the aactuator or is there something else on top of that?

OH I have the same problem. There is two white boxes actuators tat are messed up. they are located under the rear covering that covers the rear passenger wheel well. There is a GREAT video on YouTube that shows the location and how to change them out! check it out. search rear AC clicking noise......

Thanks! It was definitely both actuators. The top one wouldn't let the vents swap between floor and ceiling, and the other was the blend door actuator.
