Rear Blend Door Actuator - EB

I apologize in advance. I know there are a bunch of articles on here about this. I want to make sure I get the correct part(s). Are there 1 or 2 of these in the back? Does anyone have part numbers? I don't want to trust Amazon's ability to differentiate between front and rear.

There's two. One on the side is the temperature control, and it has a D-shaped shaft (Dorman 604-202) (Circled in RED in the pic below...). The one on the top controls the vent airflow direction (ceiling or floor) and it has a cross shaped shaft (Dorman 604-222) (Circled in GREEN in the pic below...). They're not very expensive, so get both and you'll be prepared. 'Cause they both break eventually.
