Gah! Somebody hit my rear bumper and squished the right corner real good. This was in a parking lot at the arena where my son was playing hockey. Of course they didn't leave a note or anything.

heat it up with a hair dryer, it'll pop out no problem. Once it's good and warm, give it a push from the back. The paint on the other hand...

I use a wooden round broom handle and tie a rag around it. Or round the end of a 2x2 and heat it up and pop it out.
Then buff with some compound. It will look 90%.
