Not sure where to put this, but since i put the superchips 87 octane tune, i tried to "powerbrake" it. Held down brake and pushed on gas. The only thing that happen was the rear end would squat and would stay squatted until i let off gas. The truck would not move(forward) at all. Could not break the back tire lose. and it was in 2wd. Any ideas?

More throttle and less brakes until she breaks loose!? Then you need less throttle and more brakes. If you succeed you need to regulate throttle to stay off rev limiter.

Does yours have solid axle or IRS? I would be concerned about half shafts if it is IRS. I would not worry with solid axle.

The body lifts on mine when I apply power! must be something about the IRS geometry that makes it squat.

tom its has irs. tried the less brake thing to til it breaks loose but could never get it to break. And bh i have the k&n and catback. not trying to burn off tire, was just trying to get tire to break loose, to see if the expy could do it. burch could brake size matter? since it 12"-13" in rotors if i remember correctly.

Even I couldn't burn out in my expy with all it's mods... the Navi stock will burn up the stock 20s without hesitation.

mines almost scary in the rain, i have to put it in a4wd. dry its not as bad but it will brake loose slightly.

driving in down here in the first rain of the season is like driving on dirt. left is right and right is left. haha

Heh, the third vid, they only did one tire fire.

I thought a lot of the 2nd gens had the LSD...or is it only mine :)

The only time I was able to break the rear loose was when it was raining and I hit the gas at the light. The rear end started sliding sideways and I wasn't going anywhere :p

If you are refering to the black mark on the pavement...thats not his it was already there. Pause in the middle and look closely.
