Our rear hatch door and window will not open. The handle twists but the door will not open. The locks make noise when locking and unlocking but door still will not open. 2000 Expedition. Can anyone help?

I put them on last night, works great now!! I had no idea my window cable was broke up at the latch either, was so happy I replaced them and don't have to worry about whether the liftgate is going to open or not anymore, haha!

Thanks. I double zip tied the three ends for now less the top window one which looks brand new upon close inspection.
Anticipating the new ones to arrive by end of week. Thanks for feedback & best.
