Rear lower trailing arms not lining up

Replacing rear lower trailing arms and they're not lining up almost like the axle is too far forward! Need help Don't know what to do.
Read that I could maybe ratchet the axle back a touch with a ratchet strap then put the bolt in.
Any ideas or questions let me know

Ratchet it back and put the bolt in. It probably shifted forward when you removed the old arm.

Trailing Arms

You will have to use ratchet straps or a come along to pull the axle back. I actually used ratchet straps to hold the axle in place before removing the trailing arms and only did one at a time.

I was told they are longer by 1/2 inch

I with Big Green Ford, That they are 1/2 inch longer to correct the pinion angle.
