there is a guy here w/a gunmetal gray gen 3 who has a tire carrier.....it might transfer to a gen 2.

I would love to get one for my Gen 1 but I will probably have to mod one made for a gen 3.

That red expedition looks awesome!!! I did see the tire gate carrier. It just seems a little too expensive for me. I did find a vertical tire carrier.

Fold Down Tire Carrier PREMIUM MODEL, Cbioffroadfab

It is a little cheaper and not to bad looking. It doesnt open like the tire gate but rather vertical. It also includes a place for the tags and a tag light too(we need those in texas to pass state inspection). What do you think guys?....

freeway take a pic of back of truck and pic of tire. and put pic of tire on pic of truck. either that or hold a rim and tire up in front of the back of your truck and have kid take a pic. never know it might look good. at least it gives you an idea. btw once your truck becomes more of a show truck are you keeping the 3rd row?

i'm saving this...i may put another 26 inch rim on the back with the vertical

Ohhh! A 26 inch rim on a rear tire carrier........ That would be interesting to see. The vertical tire carrier seems like it might get in the way sometimes tough. maybe i wanna open my tailgte and the tire carrier might be in the way.
