Regular. I tend to avoid cars that require anything more. I would make an exception if I could afford to get this beast up near 500hp though.

Unless you have your vehicle tuned for premium or have a vehicle that requires premium, there is no point in it. I use regular in the expedition and my wife's saturn sky. Until recently i used regular in the mustang. premium never made a difference. Now it is tuned for premium so i run it because i have to.

Regular fuel all the time

I watched a youtube video about this last month. The fuel type makes no difference to the cars computer. Higher grades you pay for the research and development of all the fuel types. Higher are not better than lower grades and the research showed the emissions were worse with the higher grade fuels.
