Okay guys this is my first time posting, here is my question.I have a 2003 expedition I was hit on the passenger side and have to replace my rear passenger door. I was looking online and I found one from a 2007 would I be able to swap that door for old one. Of course I would move all the internals from the old door into the new door and get it painted. My main question is would it be possible to do this?

Fordparts.com shows the same outer door skin for both years. Double check on the site to verify.
