Yes you need the springs too. Search the forum, I've posted the detailed parts list here with all needed bolts nuts, etc.

This would be awesome as even with rancho springs/shocks turned up towing 8k made the truck sag pretty hard. I wonder how well these work near the max or even decently heavy loads.
