My first problem is rough idling. When the engine warms up a bit the RPM dips to 500 and the truck starts to shake. The shaking disappears as soon as I start to drive. The engine rough idles but there does not seem to be any threat of it stopping completely. The RPM will raise/dip about 100 RPM above/below 500 RPM when the shaking occurs.
The other problem I have is a squeak in the rear left suspension. I hear the squeak as the truck travels up and down over the bumps. I can recreate the problem when I push down on the rear bumber. I tried to locate the source of the noise and it seem to be coming from the air suspension although I cannot be entirely sure of that.
Before I bring it to the dealer and finance their parts swap out experimentation I decided to give this forum a shot.
Any suggestions? I did purchase an extended warrantee on the vehicle so I am hoping at least some of this may be covered.
