My truck had been running rough for a few weeks. I change my #7 spark plug and ignition coil last sunday. It got better then it started running rougher to where the AC doesnt blow cold on wednesday. I pulled the #8 spark plug and it was fouled up, I replaced the plug with a new one. its still running rough thou. I pulled all the plug to see if any of them are wet and they all look fine now. I need help figuring this out.

Welcome to the Forum

Lets see its an 07 Most likely over 100000 miles on it. Why would you just change one or two plugs and not the rest of them?

You then state that the " AC doesnt blow cold on Wednesday"

Does it blow cold on the rest of the other days??

As was suggested by Chriscpr84

Give it a tune-up its most likely overdue

Also clean the MAF sensor

Check all wiring to the plugs and injectors to make sure the connectors are clean and tight.

If you have a CEL coming on post the codes.

I have over 240,000 Miles
I usually change them every 90,000miles.
Usually when a plugs goes bad early on my truck, its the coil thats gone bad.

I've changed all the plugs now, it runs alot better. But still idles a little rough idle still. Should I clean the throttle body while its still on the intake or take it off and clean it.

With the AC not working, usually it happens when it misfiring bad in 1 or more cylinders. It back to blower cold again

It is possible the ECM is telling the AC compressor to disengage due to the misfiring.

I learned the hard way replacing plugs and coils one at a time, truck was getting fixed weekly. Do them all, including the coils and boots all at once. Also if you have 240k on it have you ever changed the converters? You have either 2 or 4 and while expensive (here in DFW it's about $300/per) they only last about 100k at best and worn out can cause issues. Change if you plan on keeping it any longer.
