rust on rear door

I have 2 specs of rust on my 2012 limited expedition rear door,does anyone else have this issue, and did ford do anything for u.

Rear door or rear hatch? That is prolly not rust but paint bubling because of aluminium gate very normal on expedition do some research and NO Ford will not help.
