Satellite radio/DVD have no sound

I just found this site. Wow! What a resource. Here is my problem...I have an '07 Expedition EL Limited. Some water got in to the dvd player from above(im guessing opened sunroof) and now the satellite radio has no sound. Regular Fm sound is fine. DVD player also has no sound except from the headphones. I checked all fuses that I could find. Any suggestions???? I appreciate the help.
