Scan Tool for clearing Air Bag fault message

On my 2012 Expedition, the day before I left Lima,Peru to spend a few months in Los Angeles, the Air Bag fault message came on. I have an OBD II scanner at my house in another Peruvian city, which will probably give me the code but I don't think it will clear the Air Bag code.
Does anyone know of an affordable air bag code clearing scan tool? Is there such a tool? I know the more expensive scan tools such as those used at dealers, have this capability.

By the way, it is not easier to take the car to a dealer in Lima. You need an appointment about a month ahead, then get there very early to find a parking spot, wait about an hour behind others and then leave the vehicle for the whole day. Also, there is the expense of hotels and terrible traffic in the city; not to mention the Ford dealer's charges. Only two Ford dealers in Lima (none in my city), and they are in the same part of town. I NEED THE CLEAR AIR BAG FAULT TOOL AND HOPE THE LIGHT STAYS OFF!!!

Oh guys, one more bit of history, warranty ran out last year.

Not sure of the system for the 2012 expy's but for the 04 expy the airbag lamp will come on when you first start the engine and it will flash a sequence which is a code. For example my 04 is currently flashing 4 times and then 2 times it will do this about 3 or 4 sequences and then the lamp will stay on That sequence indicates that the front crash sensor is at fault. Check to see if yours is doing something similar and get back to the forum.

Purchase a usb elm327 tool from Amazon and download forscan that will pull absolutely any code on many ford products. They are only 10-15 dollars and the software is free
