I have a Ford Expedition and the transmission is failing in 1,2,3,4 and also in fifth gear, sometimes it slips through the gears, the car feels heavy and well, here they advised me to first reset the transmission computer, yes It doesn't work to clean or change the valve body or else it would be the drum that needs to be remoulded.
Ok, if I can avoid going to the Ford dealer because I myself want to buy a scanner to reset the transmission computer, WHICH SCANNER CAN I USE?
I was told to use FORSCAN and the STC 7015PEO scanner for my 2020 ford expedition.
Does anyone here know which scanner can be used?
