Second row captain chairs issue maybe?

I need educated here. On the second row captain chairs if I push the button on the top of the seat on the passenger side the seat will not pop up. If I go to the driver side and push the button on top of the seat the seat pops up. I can then walk back to the passenger side and that button will work. Why do I have to do the driver side to get the passenger side to work?

Weird. Mine works fine on either side...

I know it makes no sense. I would think a bad button or something but if I go and do the diver side the passenger side will work then.

Did you read the seat operation section of the vehicle owner’s manual to determine if only one seat is designed to pop-up?

The second row bucket seats has power up? Mine only power going down

Yep. And both of mine works fine independently of the other.
