First time poster. Just bought a 2017 Limited. I have the 4 Expedition Bilsteins, and a 2”F / 1.5”R spacer lift. Bought both a while ago just to have them in hand due to supply chain. I only want an inch or 2 front and back to keep somewhat of a rake - as far as the rear wheel getting pushed forward, is that more exacerbated with shocks adjusted, or the spacer, or is it same result either way due to geometry?

Same either way due to geometry.

Here's mine. Previous owner put on 33" Milestar Patagonia A/T R tires on 20" f150 take offs. I have a Rancho level lift to install here soon! so this is a before.

That looks great! I'm also about to add some speakers. I haven't installed speakers since 1999, but I'm sure I can still figure that out. Are you happy with the two 12''s? I was considering 10''s. Also, did you upgrade the door speakers? I think mine sound terrible, but I'm not sure if I should change out the head unit to, or just change out my door speakers.

If I figured out how to do speakers my 1st time, sure you can do it easily. Lol. 10s would be good too.. I just like my music a lil louder. I also did replace all door speakers with 6x9 kickers. Boss touch screen radio and placed amp underneath passenger seat perfectly.

Sorry, just saw this. 2.5 inch rough country lift, 17'' Icon wheels, KO2 wheels. Planning to add a bull bar and some type of nerf steps to side pretty soon

I finally broke down and got the Icon 2.5 front suspension with remote adjustable reservoir with and tubular UCAs. Still waiting on the rear set which is back ordered for a few weeks.
Kinda regretting not getting smaller wheels with the new tires (275/60/20), but it just wasn't in the budget at the time.
As you can tell the bag end looks saggy now compared to teh front end. Cant wait to get the rear suspension in there.
Also need to find a decent front bumper for a winch.....

Did you ever get the rear Icon's installed? If so, can we see some pics, and can you give us a review... Very interested to hear your thoughts.

My wife's '15 XLT with off brand 3/2 leveling kit and 295/70-18 Nittos.
Bought it for her a few weeks ago and installed the leveling kit and tires within a week.

I've been looking at lift kits online the correct the upper ball joint angle with new UCAs. I'm seeing some that don't include 15-17, and some that go from 14-18 or even 20.
I like the height of the 3/2 leveling kit but It's really not great off road. No added wheel travel and the UCA can hit the coilovers. The shocks need replaced and I'd like to find a kit that includes upgraded UCAs as well as shocks. Really like Bilstein but not finding anything specific for my 2015 Expy. Can anyone confirm what Years truly interchange or post a link to a kit that includes what I want? Thanks.

I could probably fit 37s on mine with some more trimming but who knows what setup they are running. I don't know if any coil overs that technically give it enough lift to "clear" 37s.

3/2 lift, Bilstein shocks in factory coils, put the spring perch at the highest setting for another 1.75" or so all around, LT295/70/18s on factory wheels with no spacers. I regularly take it off road, been on some jeep trails too. It 3-wheels kinda easy and with no load the upper control arm will touch the strut, but I haven't had an issue with it and with any weight on it, there's plenty of clearance between them. I've had no issues getting to and from the places that crushed my running boards and cracked both bumpers.

I made them myself out of some stainless steel sheet metal. I couldn't find anything I liked and didn't want to spend a ton of money. I mocked them up with cardboard, bent them a little and used some liquid gasket.
I just routed the cord down the side of the windshield tucking it up under the door seal until I got under the hood. The plastic cover between the hood and the windshield is held with clips running across, not hard to get up. So far it's held up great, I figured I'd watch it and if it moved I'd come up with something else, but so far (~6mos) no need and it looks really clean, there's only about 3 inches of wire visible.

That’s great. Always had a similar idea in my head, but had neither the balls nor ambition to do it. Nice work.

Here's my rig! New to Forum just got a few months ago and put all black Helo 22" wheels on it with 305/45R22 TOYO Open Country AT's on it and dipped everything else accept door handles. Debating lift or level but currently has no rub. Might add light bar or pod lights next and remove resonator and side exit exhaust but first have to replace brake pads and spark plugs.

I have a 3/2 lift in the garage. And will probably run 285 75 17

May be stock wheels, but Raptors come with different tires... Bigger. As I recall 315/70r17. Effective 35" tires. (34.5" anyway). I'm running 35"s in my Raptor now.
