So I’ve removed the front air dam (active and static) after installing a leveling kit on my 24 KR. I like the look but believe a skid plate would be ideal there. Will a timberline SP bolt on there? Are there other options?

I'm unsure whether the Tremor skid plate would fit (I'd bet it will) but the only company's I've seen that make skid plates that will work on the Expedition are Juggernaut USA https://juggernautusa.com/collections/ford-expedition and I believe RCI's 15-25 year model F150 plates will fit with possibly needing to drill one or two new holes for things to line up.

I can confirm the RCI's work well. I drilled a couple extra holes and made a few modifications just to make sure the plates are secure. They are very heavy and needed it. One thing I loved about the RCI was the emergence of the cat protectors. My kit didn't come with them originally so I had to make a few more mods, but you couldn't get to these cats with a cutoff wheel and 60 minutes. Well maybe but still. I have some posts on here of the install, and the cat protectors.

Ford makes complete skid plates for these trucks.

Front behind bumper, under the motor, steel to replace the fabric diaper, metal under the transfer case and a plate under the plastic fuel tank. They've been written up well here in this forum. Not easy figuring out part numbers. A good search on this forum will tell you all you need to know.

This is on a police SSV 102A XL trim:
