Just purchased a 2020 Max XLT new off the lot. Was checking out the underneath of it by spare tire when I noticed the sloppy application of seam sealer on both sides. Anyone else look like this?
No I don’t think this was in an accident, there’s not tool marks on the bolts, no overspray, all the spot welds are factory. I just think the engineers found a fix mid production run and there’s some poor guy applying seam sealer by hand on the line
