slow filling gas tank in my 99 expy

All of the sudden it takes forever to put gas into my 99 expedition. It just keeps back filling and kicking off the gas pump. I have even went to the extent of filling a gas can and slowly filling the tank. I am so freaken frustrated and I have no idea what to do......HELP

I have tried many different gas stations and it's the same problem and I have tried many angles with the hose.

There are two rubber hoses that connect the gas tank to the fuel filler port. One large one for the fuel fill, and a smaller one to vent the tank.

I suspect something has happened to one of them, kinked maybe?. It is too cold outside for me to crawl under and take a look, but I think you can see them. Another option is to remove the screws hold the fuel filler port into the chassis and see if there is slack enough to pull it out to inspect.

The two hoses are connected by simple hose clamps.
