Spare tire lowering tool

Ok so this is extremely frustrating. I have not been able to find anywhere the tool to lower my spare tire. Everything I read is that theres a super long tool like standard trucks have that you stivk through the bumper. My 06 Expy has a water proof cap near the jack storage and a rectangle hole inside where you insert a tool to raise and lower it. Literally no where have I found the tool for it. Now Do I have something I can use well yes. Thats not the point I want the actual tool. Does ANYONE have a part number or link to where I can acquire this? Really was avoiding the dealership. Sorry for the rant but its wild to have the internet and not be able to find what should be a easily accessible tool.

If you have the complete jack kit, it's one of the bars on the jack kit. Or, like "everything you've read", it's on page 289 of your owners manual.
