spare tire mount

My 01 is also CNG, so the tank is where the spare tire would be. I don't really like the idea of using up space in the cargo area for the tire. I was thinking about a hitch mounted tire carrier. I would like one that folds down. any ideas.

Folds down? Swing out is far more common. A fold down will require a custom bumper (assuming anyway)
