Spare tire rim

My 07 has a 20" spare rim

My spare was unusable(excessive rust), after years of been hung on the underside. I keep the replacement in the back, with no third row. Expeditions have full spares. I never heard of repairing a cracked rim. Its sounds sketchy. Most junk yards, give around $15 scrap, for an old one.

I would never ride on a repaired rim.
