What are the best plugs for a 2007 Expedition 5.4/ 3 valve with 150K on odometer.Recomendations???

Welcome to the forum. Please search for common questions such as this one. Stick with OEM motorcraft. Do not gap the plugs as they come pre-gapped. Be sure to blow out all the sparkplug wells before removing the spark plugs.

If you are replacing the original 2 piece spark plugs, get real familiar with the issue of them breaking during removal, and have the necessary tools ready in order to extract them. For replacement, use the MOTORCRAFT SP509X. Do not buy on Amazon, your odds are high of getting knock offs.

I've always run SP546(x) in my '07. Are you sure that the SP509 is the correct plug?
