So I changed the plugs n coils, fuel filter.
So when I'm going about 45 or at 65 it starts to spuder when I keep pressure on the gas pedal.
I have accelerate to stop it from shaking like a seizure. I also changed the coil connector on plug #3
Anyone have a idea what to try next

Yeah, you disrupted a good connection somewhere. You can do this one of 2 ways. Pull every boot from all eight coils, and reseat them on the spark plugs, or the easy way plug in a OBD2 code checker, and see which one is the victim. I'm lazy, I'd do #2!

Pull the coil connectors or injector once one at a time to cancel out cylinders.
Each one you pull off will make it miss and shake more.
Except when you pull the one off the one that is causing the prob....there will be no difference.
