Can anyone tell me what it is, what to do about it, and why my front end squeaks ? When I turn the front tires either way. When I get into the vehicle. Anytime you hit a rough spot or pothole. It squeaks like crazy.

Not gonna be able to identify it with certainty, but I suggest it is likely a ball joint or lesser chance a tie rod end. If it was the tie rod it would mostly happen when turning the steering wheel. Since it happens almost all the time a ball joint is more likely. It may be that the ball joints just need to be greased, though at this point that would likely be a short term band-aid at best. This needs to be investigated, if a ball joint completely fails while driving you have big trouble.

Could very well be a bushing. To help narrow it down grab a can of silicon spay, then spray a shock see if that takes it out. If not do the other shock, continue this one at a time until it stops. You may have to do the entire front suspension and possible a mount rubber.. When it stops, that's your problem.

If you use silicon or another spray make sure to shield your brake rotors and calipers from any over spray.

Front and rear ball joints are most common culprits. Especially if they're the original parts at that mileage. Take it to an alignment shop and let them look it over and give you estimates. The rear lowers are actually a big rubber bushing. They get soft with age and allow movement, and squeaking in the rear.

I had the same problem with my '03 4x4. Eddie Bauer I replace the front upper and lower control arms which comes with new ball joints and bushings that fix my problem
