Start up

Hey all I have a 2004 expedition xlt 4.6, recently I been noticing a startup issue. I have to press the gas pedal to start up. I tried a fuel system cleaner, I know the fuel pump was replaced. A bit ago. Jist wonder any thoughts or help on this..
