My 2001 expedition will not turn over at all by via the key. The battery is good. When I jumped the starter relay the starter engaged and turned over the engine but would not run even with the key in the run mode. I changed out the starter switch thinking it might be that because my heater blower wouldn't run when the key was in the run mode. Usually the blower would run with the key in the on position with the engine off. I also plugged the OBD2 meter in and placed the key in the run position and the meter wouldn't detect as if I didn't have the key in the on (run position).
