Strange switch

My new-to-me 2016 Limited has an aftermarket switch on the dash. I just can't figure out what it does. It's just left of the steering wheel and it's just on/off. There are 2 red wires coming off the switch. One seems to head off to the fuse box. The other is connected to a blue wire below, but it's not the dimmer switch. Any ideas what the blue wire is? Thanks!

Looks to Me, an after market hook up for a power box in the roof or between the seat. Look for it? Maybe some one did someting correct?
