Van Bortle Ford in Fairport aligned my 2014EL as soon as I bought it (w 34K miles). The mechanics there did a perfect job. It runs straight and true as can be. I don't even need to rotate the tires it's so good. So far anyway. I've only put 13000 miles on the last set of tires. A lot of that (no rotation with even wear) thing is because the vast majority of miles are highway. An alignment is only as good, as the guy doing it. Dealer mechanics are lazy and paid per job, not hourly. Corners are cut, like taking a test drive, after replacing a steering rack or making sure the steering wheel is perfectly centered. The shop that screwed up, should be paying for those tires.
