strobe lights

can someone help me and give me a step by step on how to install strobe lights in the front of my expy, preferred in the headlights if possible
installing on a 99 xlt AWD stock headlights

be sure they are legal in your state, a freind of mine put them in his car up here in ny, and got a ticket for useing them, cost him 175$

i had a set in my 97 f150 but it depends on which strobes you have... mine were a cheaper set I just had to drill a hole in back of headlight and install strobe then run wires to battery and switch

i have a set of wires for flashing headlights (like in emergency vehicles) that i plan on putting in the truck eventually. still trying to find that damn hood though walnuts!
