Hey Guys
This is my very first request.
I have a 2003 Eddie Bauer with the climate control system and my OUTSIDE air temp reading is stuck on
75.
I have removed the temp sensor from the front of the vehicle, and verified that the Ohm readings do in fact change from the initial 22ohms down to about 4 ohms when I used a hair dryer to heat it up and then to about 40 ohms when I dipped it into cold water.
Maybe this means the sensor is OK, maybe not. I don't know.
I had my vehicle in the shop a couple of weeks ago to repair the #3 cylinder blown out sparkplug thing , so the battery was disconnected for a couple of days. Maybe the temp electronics didn't reset right????
Is there a way to reset it??
Your input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
