so recently bought a 2010 eb expy. has the garage door opener on the sun visor. i also have this feature on my 06 lincoln zephyr. the opener itself is a rolling code raynor. situation is, when i tried to program the expy to recognize the opener, the lincoln now doesn't work. question- can these rolling code devices recognize openers on 2 different vehicles?

thanks in advance......lakeside

It can. Its a pain though. For my rolling code garage door opener, I had to hit the pairing mode on the motor itself, then run to both the expedition and my other car to program them both all in the time frame allowed.

There is a limit to the number of remotes the Raynor can remember. You should be able to get a couple cars and a remote or two.

agreed with everyone above - this was challenging. Keep in mind that when programming the vehicles to have the standard remotes that came with the door and check them also. I had 3 vehicles programmed and then realized the factory ones then had to be re-paired also.
