Switch RSE screens

Anyone heard of a way to switch the head units for the factory RSE? I only use the passenger side and would like the primary unit on that side.

Do not have RSE, but according to AllData the RSE module is inside around the left rear wheel well. I would think that there are two connectors (one for each side). You might be able to reverse them.
